Please keep in mind that the availability on custom made clothing and
costumes depends on my work schedule. I do reserve the right to pick and
choose which orders I accept, based on my time and the difficulty involved
in said orders. If I cannot fill your order by reasons of lacking the necessary
skills and/or a limited time frame, I will do my best to find someone who
can. I deal mostly in a first come, first serve basis, but, should I get an order
that needs to be completed within four months, and then another that is
required in two, I may decide to finish the second one first. I tend to have
several projects in the works at all times.

overseas shipping, click here. Cloaks will generally weigh ten
pounds or less.
Inside the US, shipping will vary according to weight. In general,
cloaks will cost around $12.00 US for shipping and handling, this
includes the purchase of a box, insurance, and shipping on a ten pound item.
Most other items will vary greatly.

By sending your first payment, you are agreeing to a contract with me, Sarah
Jones. Should you, at any point after supply purchases are made, decide not
to continue on with the contract, any monies exchanged are forfeit.
Changes made to the product after the initial down payment are subect to
an increase in price. All items will be shipped with insurance to cover loss or
damage by the postal service. Custom sized items rely upon the accuracy of
your measurements. I am not responsible for items that do not fit because
of changes in those measurements or inaccurate ones, however, I will replace
any item that I have made a mistake on. Please be absolutely sure of your
measurements and advise me of any potential weight gain/loss, as this can
greatly affect the fit. To avoid any misunderstanding, it is best for you to
keep copies of all correspondence. I shall do the same.
